A unique and very rare piece from Vista Alegre: an item from the Samurai Collection, produced between 1980 and 1992 and now completely discontinued. The decoration inspired by Japanese aesthetics — samurai warriors, oriental motifs in intense polychromy on fine porcelain — is one of the most original and sought-after creations of all 20th-century Vista Alegre production.

Pieces from the Samurai Collection are increasingly difficult to find on the antiques market — the collection had limited production and its distinctive character led many pieces to be kept as collector's items. A rarity for any serious Vista Alegre collector.

Very good condition. Polychrome decoration with no wear. Porcelain without visible chips or cracks.
