"Onion Foot" Mug – Portuguese Molded Glass, 19th Century

A rare example of 19th-century Portuguese decorative design in molded glass, likely originating from the workshops of Marinha Grande, renowned for their excellence in glassmaking since the beginning of the century. The domed body is decorated with vertical fluting in cobalt blue, creating a striking and elegant visual effect.
