It currently has conservators in the areas of painting, sculpture, furniture, drawing and engraving.

Danilo Visintainer and Luiz Fernando Valim are responsible for the preservation of collections, through constant monitoring of the works, elaboration of diagnoses, establishment of priorities for preventive conservation and conservation and restoration interventions.
